As we close 2025, this Article reflects on connection, growth, and the progress we’ve made together. One of the highlights of this fall was spending time with many of you at the Partner Dinner ahead of Mark’s wedding at the end of October. Those in-person conversations are always energizing and serve as a meaningful reminder that strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
This year has also been personally significant for me as I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. That journey reinforced the importance of becoming comfortable being uncomfortable. In yoga, growth happens when you remain present in challenging poses, breathe through uncertainty, and trust that strength is built over time. The same holds true in business—real progress requires openness to change and a willingness to evolve.
At BF, this mindset guides how we support our Partners through the Programs we offer as part of our Value-Added Services (VAS). These Programs are designed to help Partners gain clarity, enhance performance, and make more informed decisions as their businesses grow. At a high level, offerings include Benchmark Presentations with the option of SME support from our Carrier Relations team to help secure business; Breeze Intelligence within HubSpot to enhance and enrich your records; BF Print Solutions to support marketing needs, print materials, and website design or refreshes; our Trusted Partners Program, which provides added flexibility for select Partners to print labels for emerging opportunities without submitting tickets; and ZoomInfo to help sales teams identify, engage, and convert key prospective customers.
In addition, the BF team regularly attends industry webinars and shares market insights to help keep you informed on industry trends while supporting a continued focus on skill development and a growth mindset across your teams.
Just as small adjustments in yoga lead to better balance and stability, BF continues to refine how we operate internally so we can better support how our Partners run their businesses. As we transition into the new year, this work is about building momentum—strengthening what’s working, learning from challenges, and remaining open to new ways of operating that drive long-term success.
Details on these Programs can be found in the BF Handbook, and I encourage you to review those resources as you plan for the year ahead. As always, I’m happy to connect directly—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to discuss any of these Programs in more detail or explore how they may support your goals in the coming year.
I’ll close with a quote that has stayed with me throughout this journey:
“Yoga does not change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
Thank you for your continued trust in BF. I’m excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to grow together in the year to come.
