At BF, building bonds that go beyond business is both important & essential. We share deep ties in this business, don't we? Well, it is getting harder every year to select winners because of the incredible quality and bonds with many of our BF Partners. This year, we are thrilled to recognize three outstanding organizations for their dedication, growth, and commitment.
Barging back onto the scene is Partner 133! Steve won his first "POTY" back in 2022 with a powerful entry into the rankings and has remained at the top ever since. Steve’s hallmark is his genuine approach—he doesn't just work hard; he figures things out, and high-quality selling naturally follows.
It is also comical, selling comes naturally to Steve, and he would say that this is the last thing on earth he would ever do in his life (selling). The fact is, people who sell stuff make a lot of money. Yes, they do. And when they are good at it, and give a shit about it, they help to support many people, and also get to help many other people who are also not in their immediate family!
That is the intrinsic benefit that selling also achieves for you. The ones that are not so fortunate quietly also thank people like Steve, too.
While we’ve certainly had our share of spirited debates over the years, we’ve both learned the value of letting go and growing together. Today, it is deeply satisfying to watch Steve, Jason, Gabe, and their stellar admin team continue to bloom. Congratulations, Steve—we aren't satisfied yet, and we know you aren't either!

Growth Award: Chris & Brian (Partner 619)
The story of Partner 619 is one of resilience and a daring escape from the clutches of the scumbag liar and schemer, none other than "Partner 225". After winning their freedom from their previous situation, we found each other; Chris and Brian joined the BF ranks and introduced us to Carolyn and Rahul—two of the hardest-working and kindest people you will ever meet — who found their true home @BF!
Chris and Brian are truly great men who have found their niche at BF. They are currently growing at a strong pace, and we believe the BF Top 5 will become very crowded. Partners like them will always get the shirt off my back.
Mike is one of the finest quality to his core. For years, his commitment to his family, his customers, his business partners, and the entire BF team has been unwavering—yet always delivered with his signature low-key grace. Over the years, we have never heard a single person say anything but amazing things about him. Mike is supremely humble and impressive in my book. His commitment to BF began over a decade ago and endures to this day.
While Mike is part of the larger Magnified group alongside "salt-of-the-earth" people like Kendall and Robert, it is Mike’s personal drive that moves the needle for his company. Mike, you have earned this award many times over, and shame on me for not recognizing it sooner.
Thank you for your many years of loyalty to BF. You seem to always put other people 1st, and the world is a better place for it too.
