Hi Partners,
We wanted to give you a deep update on the progress of the Benchmark Presentation, a core component of the Silver and Gold Benchmark Packages available to Partners, primarily for BFAM and Gainshare clients. These presentations provide critical insight into cost optimization and opportunity assessment and are key to ensuring your success with larger opportunities.
Our team—Rahul, the Carrier Relations (CR) team, and I, along with Chris Franzen, have been dedicating significant hours and effort to perfecting the deck. This is not just any presentation; it must be precise, thorough, and aligned with BF’s high standards.
Silver and Gold Packages:
We are now in the final iteration of the deck, and we deeply appreciate everyone’s effort, especially Rahul’s patience, as we’ve made continuous refinements to ensure the presentation is something BF can be proud to deliver.
Next Steps – SME Training Weekend:
Joe, Chris, and I discussed the possibility of certifying Partners on selling and presenting these deals. Ultimately, we decided that the best investment of our time is to train the Carrier Relations team to become expert SMEs. This approach ensures that when the team participates in meetings with you the Partner, they can execute their portion confidently and set you up to close deals.
In mid-October, the CR Team will all be at the Brooklyn office for an SME training session, with Chris flying in from NY and our West Coast team members Jack and Carolyn also joining. The goal is to fully immerse our team in the SME presenting process, establish rules and checklists, and prepare them to effectively support Partners when delivering these presentations going forward.
Partner Responsibilities:
As part of this new process, we will also provide a clear set of responsibilities and preparation guidelines for Partners when scheduling Gold Benchmark Presentations. This ensures that all meetings run smoothly and deliver maximum value.
Important Note:
If you have an SME sale prior to the completion of this training, we will not utilize this updated process. We want to ensure the success of both your sales and our SME team, and launching prematurely could compromise that outcome.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and hard work as we finalize this deck and prepare to go live before the end of the year. The upcoming changes and training represent a significant step forward in how we partner with you to drive success in BFAM and Gainshare opportunities.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
— Carolyn
