Much of it driven by my father’s life mission to build something that truly supports people in business. BF was created to remove barriers, and to give you the foundation needed to grow. That commitment was there at the beginning, it is here today, and it will always remain at the core of who we are. BF exists for you, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

As we move into the new year, we are entering an exciting new chapter. We have invested heavily in new tools, softwares and capabilities. Our bells and whistles are designed specifically to help you succeed, scale, and compete at the highest level. The market is changing, competition is increasing, and expectations are rising, but this is exactly where we thrive and get ahead in this high paced moving environment . For a quarter century we’ve adapted, evolved, and strengthened our model to stay ahead. We adjust, we innovate, and we come back stronger. This next phase is about giving you more leverage, more support, and more ways to win in an increasingly demanding environment.

Now is the time to lean in. Now is the time to close the deals, and build real momentum. What we do here isn’t abstract. It puts food on tables, provides for families, and creates stability and opportunity for the people who depend on us. Every sale matters except those with low margins 😉😉😉. Let’s take pride in what we’re building together and push forward with purpose and urgency. Stay focused and stay hungry. • This is deeply personal. BF represents my family’s life work and the values my father built this company on which are hard work, integrity, and standing behind the people we do business with. I don’t take lightly the trust YOU place in us or the effort YOU put in every single day to build your business.
• The Dealer Program is my baby and it is personal to me. I’m the guy behind it, and it’s my job to ensure it creates real opportunity for you to grow your business and for all of us to succeed in this crazy world that we live in today. One idea will sprout into many, and I’ll always be there to help you grow. 
• I’m a newlywed with a lot to provide for and a strong hunger to succeed. That drive fuels everything I do. YOU the partner are my most valuable asset, and I mean that sincerely. I am committed to always being there to help support, protect, and grow your business whether it’s 9 AM or PM. I’m fortunate to learn every day from many of you who have been in this business since I was in diapers. This is my life’s mission, and as I continue to grow, lead, and learn, know that I’ll be right here with you for the long haul…for most of you at least LOL
