2026 Q1: Growth, Momentum, and the Road Ahead

To my Dear BF Partners,

The numbers for Q1 2026 are officially in the books, and the story they tell is clear: we continue to climb.

We are currently up over 20% YOY. Overall margin holding steady at just over 28%. I am really proud of these results. In a market as competitive as ours, this is not accidental. Wins are not accidental. They are the direct result of those among you who are tirelessly engaging, networking, and building the deep-rooted relationships that define our success. Having said that, our depths as an organization are so deep that you can spend days, weeks and months just sharpening yourselves with all the options to better your career. Being the best "Consultant" you can be means you have to work harder than the next guy. The BF Partners that embody this mindset are very successful, and I see the final numbers and reports more than anyone. Even mid-ranked Partners live a very good life from their decision to Partner with us years and years ago. We are, and you are each other's "rocks".

I see the effort every day. In this industry, your previous Partner ranking doesn't guarantee your future; tomorrow is always a new day and a fresh start. Those who remain "dialed in" to their customers, their pipeline, and their product are the ones winning. Conversely, when focus is fractured, and you're chasing the next great thing, this momentum is lost. I have seen it play out like an old predictable movie.

Mind, Body, and Spirit. Our success is built on effort and a respect for our trade. At BF, we operate with a "Partner-First" mentality because that is simply how we are built.

I still approach every day with a sense of urgency—playing like my "hair is on fire"—and I expect that same intensity from my team. I drive us hard because I care deeply for every individual here, and I believe that fairness and mutual respect are why we remain a reliable organization with exceptionally low turnover.

As time goes on, we are becoming more dependable and more resilient. Most importantly, we are building a level of trust that is truly priceless. While others try to catch up, we are leveraging the massive head start our history has given us.

In Conclusion. This newsletter is quite in-depth, and I hope you take the time to enjoy the updates and insights within.

Finally, I want to wish a very Happy Easter and Happy Passover to those celebrating. In a world currently facing significant turmoil, it is our connection to family and friends that keeps us moving forward with a smile.

Thank you for an incredible Q1. Let’s keep the fire burning.

Regards,

Joe
